(if an error about comdlg32.ocx popsup, youll need to update it)
(http://www.consolevision.com/members/fackue/tools/comdlg32.zip)

* FIXED/NEW
 - no more scan button, once file is open, it will be automatically scanned
 - cancel button properly works in the browse dialog
 - dcscram is no longer a must to load the program, but is a must to convert.
   if "tools\dcscram.exe" is not found, convert will be disabled
 - filename saving is changed, the original filename is kept, with (scrambled)
   or (unscrambled) at the begining of the filename. so, if you unscrambled
   1st_read.bin, the new filename would be '(unscrambled)1st_read.bin'.

* MAIN CAUSE
 - scaning a 1st_read.bin and telling user if its scramble/unscrambled
 - thus causing less coasters, and less sbi 'coasters'
 - this will also change it to a scrambled/unscrambled if you choose.

* USAGE
 - open checker.exe
 - press browse, locate the bin you wish to scan and press open
 - if youd like to scramble/unscramble your bin, click convert.

* NOTE
 - a new file will be created when you scramble/unscramble, so the original
   file will always still be there (the one you scan).
 - there are some known programs that do not work with this version, check
   not_working.txt so find out which dont work. please send any thing not
   on the list, reported not working to me.
 - if you discover a bug, please report it to me.

* HISTORY

1.2
 -support for dreamsnes (version 0.98 only tested)
 -support for netbsd

1.1b
 -various bug fixes (include, upper case files now work)

1.1
 -easier to understand.
 -no more msgboxes. everything on the main gui
 -once you scan, and you'd like to convert it to a scrambled/unscrambled
  bin, press convert and read the pop up that comes up.
 -error if an ip.bin is loaded

1.beta5
 -you now have the choice to scramble/unscramble your bin! when you
  scan a bin it will tell you if its scrambled/unscrambled, and ask
  if youd like to unscrambled/scramble depending on what the actual
  file is.

1.beta4
 -this program currently identifies 90-95% of all unscrambled bins.
 -support for breakout, dc=64, dctunnel, drxlax, jpeg slideshow, mega man x,
  and im sure many others i never got to test.
 -a lot more programs tested, and only 2 added to the non working list; netbsd
  and linuxdc.
 -if a file is typed in and is not a bin, error pops up instead of scanning it.
  example: c:/windows/desktop/logo.bmp (an error will popup instead of scanning
  and giving 'file is scrambled')

1.beta3
  -support for a hand full of the bins that were not recognizable in 1.beta2.
   (old dccolem, digimine, explusion dude, gleam, neogeo pocket emu, and i'm
    sure a bunch of other ones i never got to testing.)

1.beta2
  -fixed the pop up thing, all scans are under 1 pop up :).
  -support for dcfloys, and any others with the same string (not many?).
  -shortcut keys (alt+c does the scan, alt+b does the browse). wow, didn't
   relize that was so easy :).

1.beta1
  -support for identifying a lot more unscrambled bins, but still not all (possible?)
  -2 pop ups when scanning, pretty annoying.

1.0 - inital release
  -this release was not knowingly, extremly weak in its main cause
